Dr. Toioba Akter graduated from Dhaka Medical College in 2007. After completing internship from Dhaka Medical College she joined Bangladesh civil service (BCS) in health cadre in 2010.

Dr. Toioba Akter got training from Dhaka Medical College for Dermatology and Venereology and Internal Medicine. She also got training from Bangadesh Medical University. Then she completed her MCPS and FCPS degree. She have received training for Dermatosurgery, LASER and Aesthetics.

She attended different National and International conferences on Dermatology. She got SDSB scholarship for Fellowship training in Chennai, India 2022. Her different publications are yet to be published
